out of school hours care
TheirCare delivers high quality outside school hours care (OSHC) through qualified and inspired team members and through outstanding relationships with schools and families.
A Before School Care Program operates every day from 7:00am – 8:45am.
An After School Care Program operates every day from 3:30 pm – 6:15 pm.
To use the Out of School Hours facilities children must register with Their Care by registering online. We recommend that all families register children, even if you do not anticipate frequent usage, as occasional care and care in the case of an emergency will then be available for your children.
Bookings
Bookings are to be made online at www.theircare.com.au.

PLEASE NOTE : if your child has a booking and is unable to attend, please ensure you mark your child absent on the website.
Fees
Before School Care: Approximate fee of $18.00 per child per session.
After School Care: Approximate fee of $24.00 per child per session
(Less any CCS Charges).
All fees are debited directly from your nominated bank account. Following your week of use of the service, a statement will be sent each Tuesday and payment will be deducted from your nominated account on the Thursday.
Location
We are located at the top of the school in the Residence building, closest to the drop off carpark.
Policies & Procedures
Please head into the OSHC room to have a meet & greet and a read of our policies and procedures prior to commencement.
Signing In and out
Signing in and / or out your child /ren is compulsory and to be done inside the service venue on the tablet.
Please note a pick up after 6.15 will result in a late penalty fine.
Meals
Breakfast and afternoon tea is provided for all children, We aim to provide a healthy and nutritious food program in like with the Australian dietary requirements.
Please ensure all dietary needs and diseases are clearly listed in the online OSHC enrolment form.
